We provide a training session and documentation prior to launching your website. During your training session we will provide a site walkthrough demoing key features. You can ask questions throughout the training session and submit follow up questions afterwards. Written questions will be answered in the documentation.

Training typically includes how to:

  • Access your website administration area
  • Perform common tasks like creating/updating pages and updating menu items
  • Managing users
  • Managing orders
  • Accessing site files and code

Training does NOT includes:

  • How to code
  • How to use graphic design software

If you need a refresher or have a new person taking over website management duties, please call us for an additional training session.

Online/Phone Training

Our preferred training method is online via screen share software and phone. Your entire staff is welcome to join and the session can be recorded and reviewed later.

On Site/In Person Training

You're welcome to visit our office or we can go to your location to provide on-site training.


Documentation is provided in the form of a Google Doc. The same information that we go over during training is provided in writing for your reference. The Google Doc provides the flexibility to continuously update or revise documentation as the project evolves and grows. Docs can also be exportd to PDF or Word format and saved locally.
