Adding a new plugin/module
You're welcome to add any plugins/module to your website. WordPress and Drupal allows your install third party plugins directly from your website admin accounts. If you're unsure about the suitability or any security implications, please contact us first and one of our developers will help you determine if it's right for your project.
Site Backups and Restoration
All of the sites we host are backed up daily. If you accidentally deleted a page or an update broke your website, contact us to restore to the last working copy. If you're not hosting through us, please make sure your server is taking regular backups or the site is being backed up to a remote backup service.
Site hacks and malware
If you're seeing content on your website you didn't publish, your site is redirecting to a different website, your site is suddenly extremely slow, or you have a warning your site may be infected with malware, your site may have been compromised or hacked.
If you think your site is hacked, contact us immediately.
